โกรธอะไร ?

โกรธอะไรมีใครขัดใจเล่า คำพูดเขาเสียดแทงแสลงใช่ไหม หรือเขาทำกับเราโหดร้ายไป โกรธอะไร โกรธใคร คิดให้ดี อย่าโทษว่าวาจาเขาทำร้าย จงผ่อนคลายโทสามาสุขศรี อย่าไปโทษการกระทำที่เขามี จงมองให้ดีดีก่อนโกรธใคร หากใจเราไม่มีตะกอนขุ่น เขาเอาไม้มาหมุนวนเคลื่อนไหว ต่อให้เขาแกว่งไม้จนตายไป ใจของเราก็ใสไม่ขุ่นมัว แต่เพราะใจของเรามีตะกอน ที่หนาแน่นถมซ้อนไปจนทั่ว ทั้งเรื่องรสนิยม ความถือตัว จึงขุ่นมัวง่ายดายเมื่อใครกวน เรามีตนเป็นใหญ่ไปตัดสิน โทสะฟุ้งใจสิ้นเข้าโต้สวน เกิดปัญหาขัดแย้งเป็นขบวน ตามตีรวนไม่เลิกราน่าเศร้าใจ บางครั้งเขาพูดทำดีมีกุศล แต่ตะกอนอกุศลเราเคลื่อนไหว หงุดหงิดเขาโทษเขาอยู่ร่ำไป ไม่เคยโทษว่าใจมีตะกอน บางครั้งเขาหมายถึงใครก็ไม่รู้ เราไปตู่ "เขาว่าเรา" เฝ้าทอดถอน จึงเมินหมางห่างสัมพันธ์มุ่งบั่นรอน น้อยใจจรจากมิตรคิดโกรธเคือง ตรวจสอบตนเสียก่อนจะโกรธใคร กิเลสเราใช่ไหมที่ฟูเฟื่อง ขาดเมตตาใช่ไหมจึงขุ่นเคือง เพราะถือตนจึงมีเรื่องใช่ไหมเอย.
